Montblanc No.281 Parts
Offered here is an original upper body for No.281 ballpoint pen. The body is made out of the signature Montblanc material, the precious black resin. The resin is specially tempered and it gives the pen a unique shiny gloss but at the same time, it offers tough protection, as this material is hard to scratch or damage. The midsection band is crafted in gold-filled metal featuring nice crisp engravings that read “Montblanc” and "281". The part also comes together with the original clip, cap top emblem, and the 11th finger mechanism. The mechanism is a joy to use, very easy, pushing the lever down will turn the pen on; pushing it up or hanging it into the pocket will turn it off. It is a very precise mechanism easy and fast to deploy with a very nice distinct clicking sound.
The part is in mint condition with some visible signs of use, perfectly functional, and ready to be replaced and used.
