One of the most beautiful original Centropen pens, the Lady pearl model, to compliment the Centropen flagship pens at the time made from the very same material and style. Centropen was one of the best eastern block pen companies. They still manufacture pens today, but their legacy is enormous.
Today, vintage Centropen pens are considered some of the best in the world. Being an East block company, they didn't save much on precious metals, or other valuable materials, thus their pens are ones of highest quality, and that is obvious.

The pen offered here is such an example. It is the compact Lady model of the much larger pens they made at the time.
The most amazing part is the deep pearl olive and black celluloid body. It is difficult to capture in the photos, but the pen looks and feels as it was made from glass rather than celluloid.
The nib is superb and fully flexible. It is an super smooth F fine size, but it will write anything from Fine F to double broad. Writing with this nib is remarkable it will produce any thickness line, from thinnest to thickest. The nib is suspended over an ebonite feed with a great and consistent ink flow.
The turning knob is capped, which serves as a protection from accidentally turning the knob.
Extremely well build, very beautiful and unique pen with amazing writing experience and a true piece of history form the fountain pen era.
