The Waterman Concord is a pen made to celebrate the Concorde airplane and is one of the most beautiful Waterman pens from the 1960s and 1970s. The fountain front section, as well as the shape of the nib, resemble the fuselage and nose of the Concord airplane, the most beautiful passenger airplane ever made. There are many Waterman Concorde pens, but this must be one of the most beautiful, solid gold plated and brushed. The pen features streamlined sides of the upper cap that are not brushed as the other parts. Thus these make some unique reflections.

The pen is thick, giving a solid feel in the hand, and does not collect hand oil, fingertips, or dust, thus always stay clean and provide a great grip.
The pen features a solid 18K gold, precise EF extra fine size nib, very smooth and easy to use. It is a soft nib, i.e. it will flex while writing but the tines do not split apart. This will provide a very nice soft sensation while writing, and always with a nice smooth Ef line. It can use any bladder or piston converter, or Waterman cartridges, we will include a pack of 6. It's very easy and convenient to open, clean and maintain. The front section is shiny black resin.

The Concord pens are the successors of the famous C/F models, the first Waterman pens to use cartridges, C/F standing for "Cartridge Filler", was the first global fountain pen with the "new" revolutionary disposable cartridge filling system.
