Condition and information:
This is the first Waterman Hemisphere series, made in the early 1990s. This pen was succeeded by the HII model, which is nearly identical in form factor, but has a larger trimmings, more similar to the Waterman Expert. These pens are great everyday Waterman pens, very easy to use, maintain and clean, trouble free fountain pens meant to be used daily. The pen features a modern design with traditional Waterman lines and the famous Waterman clip. This version is higher end black lacquer finish, which gives the pen a nice grip, shine and gloss as well as scratch protection; it feels smooth and nice in the hand. The pen comes with a steel gold plated nib, F fine size nib; it is a constant precise writer with constant smooth ink-flow, no mess on the paper. The pen is ergonomically great, heavy with great grip, balance and feel in the hand. Comes in mint condition near NOS condition, no signs of use, no dings, no scratches, no gold wear off, perfect cosmetic and functional condition in its original presentation box. The pen can use any standard international converter or cartridges, so it's easy to find supplies for and use daily.
