Condition and information:
One of the all time most beautiful and unique pens by Cartier, the rare 80's version Vendome Crosshatch Cisele. The pen is a special in almost every way; the cross section of the body is a rounded edges rectangle, which makes for one of the best grips, feel and writing experience. It has a Cisele square finish, and all body and cap are plated with 18K gold. The pen is a special traveler version, with a unique clean and fast filling system which loads a cartridge with a special cartridge holder from the top of the pen. There are Trinity rings on the top of the cap; the rings are interwoven and the yellow ring represents faithfulness, the pink one love and the white friendship. The most special feature of this pen is the Cartier patented unique clip mechanism, where by pressing the top of the cap the clip automatically deploys parallel to the cap. The nib is solid 18K, semi flexible and will write almost all bigger sizes, F, M and even B broad with little pressure while writing. If used gently it will write EF. It's a perfectly balanced pen unique writing experience, and amazing build quality with absolute attention to detail and design, hand crafted by a Cartrier craftsman. The pen is perfectly preserved, mint condition, no marks of any kind. Comes in its original presentation box. One of the very best and unique pens ever made by Cartier.
