Offered here is a exceptionally beautiful pen made by the German company Bolascrip in the early 1960s. Bolascrip was a writing instruments company founded in the early 1950s and they produced some amazing writing instruments, mainly high-end but aimed for export and often made out of precious metals, either sterling silver or rolled gold. The company operated only for couple of decades after it was acquired by another major European pen company. In this short time they produced some of the best European pens, many of which we will feature on UberPens. This pen for example was made for export in Belgium and few other European countries where instead of the 925 Sterling silver standard the country used 835 purity as a sterling silver. The pen features amazing craftsmanship with a unique deep rhomboid texture pattern, seems to be done solely by hand. The pen is entirely made out of 835 sterling silver which gives it amazing shine, great looks and appeal, but this also makes it very strong. The pen can be used with any standard international ink cartridge but also with standard ink converter. Due to its weight and texture it has a great grip and balance in the hand. The nib is superb, a F fine size, solid 14K gold, very precise and easy to write with smooth on the paper. Its great pen to use for precise typeface writing, such as letters, diary or drawing. And also a very easy pen to clean and maintain; the entire front section, the nib and feed are simply removable by unscrewing with a hand. Amazing build quality, performance, easy of use and many more factors which make for a remarkable fountain pen. The pen is in mint condition, minimal signs use and perfectly preserved, no scratches or dings.
