Parker 75 Flighter DeLuxe pen, in a special edition with a “96” mark on the captop, possibly an anniversary edition pen or a special order pen. The “96” mark in the captop is a factory made painted, it is not the custom customer stickers that were available to buyers in the post purchase customization. Therefore, the “96” mark is definitely representing a special edition pen. The Parker 75 is the second Parker pen that is able to use cartridges after the Parker 45 model. The 75 model remains one of the all-time best looking and highest quality pens. The Parker 75 pen is one of the best Parker pens ever made, and one of the longest in production. Introduced in 1964, the 75 went on for 30 years and hundreds of model variations, it was discontinued in 1994. This pen was introduced in 1970 and this pen was made around the early 1970s. The Flighter model features a thin yellow band. It’s a super high quality build from brushed stainless steel, with perfect weight, classic Parker 75 form factor and perfectly balanced pen.
