The Waterman EXPERT II model here is one of the more rare and beautiful pens, the City line Urban Grey model with a unique herringbone stitching like pattern. The grey lacquer color so shiny that it also looks as soft metallic blue color. Made in France the Expert II is one of the most successful Waterman pen, with 3 successive models barring the name Expert. The pen is large, nearly oversize at 140mm, feels heavy, firmly fitting in the hand, and the weight makes it slide over the paper effortlessly. These are truly well engineered pens with superb writing balance and grip. The twist on/off mechanism works smoothly and its responsive. All trimmings are chromed clip, rings, front and rear tip of the pen. The lacquer finish is also very thick, protects the pens from scratches and shines. The pen is fitted with a new refill and it's ready to be used. The pen comes in mint condition, near NOS, no signs of use, no scratches.
