Condition and information:
We are very proud to offer this Limited Edition masterpiece by Pelikan, made and launched in 2013 to celebrate Pelikans 175th anniversary from their founding in 1838. The pen comes from a prestigious  private collection, and it's one of the two offered from this collector. The other one is the stunning 1931 Originals of Their Time in an mesmerizing full guilloche white gold overlay.

The pen has never been used, not even inked, and comes with every single item such as its original carton box, paper, leaflets, warranty, documentation and even its unused original Edelstein Sapphire Blue ink, as originally sold in 2013. We can determine the flexibility of the nib, simply by testing it on our flexibility tester, and it seems to be quite flexible due to its soft 18K gold composition. The pen is in absolute NOS, new condition without a single scratch, as mentioned only stored in controlled conditions for a decade. This is probably one of the rarest Limited editions by Pelikan of only 238 pcs, so these are sure to only increase in value substantially with the passing of time. And even amongst those limited numbers, there are some numbers that stand out, like 001, 100, and the last one 238. However arguably, the best number is carried by this pen, the 175 out of 238, the actual Jubilee year celebrated, that is how special this pen is.

There is plenty of information about this model on the internet, and we would not have much to add to it, except that really, not much can be described with words, unless the pen is felt when held in the hand. It is massive, over 50gr pen, with real cast and then finished and polished solid silver parts, and it just feels substantial. The piston is super smooth, still with its original lubricant from the factory, and operates effortlessly.
