Condition and information:
We are very proud to offer this Limited Edition masterpiece by Pelikan, made and launched in 2000 to celebrate the original launch of the Pelikan 100 in 1929, and its actually more widely improved acclaimed variation in 1931. This pen is actually an exact replica of one of those original models made in 1931, the white gold one, launched in 1931, however here with a much improved piston system. The dimensions however are identical. There is just something about these early models, their feel and belonging in the hand, their more straight lines, especially the knurled turning knob, the shorter barrel, and how they feel posted. The pen is actually slightly shorter than modern Pelikans when closed, it feels more compact, but it is actually longer when posted, so it has a superb feel and balance when posted. It's extremely difficult to convey unless held and felt in the hand.

The pen has never been used, not even inked, and comes with every single item such as its original carton box, paper, leaflets, warranty, documentation, as originally sold in 2000. The pen is in absolute NOS, new condition without a single scratch, as mentioned only stored in controlled conditions for close to 25 years now.

The pen is simply stunning and deserving of true praise. There is plenty of information about this model on the internet, and we would not have much to add to it, except that really, not much can be described with words, unless the pen is felt when held in the hand. It is massive, over 50gr pen, with actual white double gold fill, it just feels substantial. The piston is super smooth, still with its original lubricant from the factory, and operates effortlessly.
