Listed here is a vintage Waterman Graduate fountain and ballpoint set or as we like to call them the pens with many faces. Throughout the years the pens have gone through several design changes mainly because of the change of the logo but kept their streamlined physique and elegant style. The model offered here is characterized by a black section and clear face nib of the fountain pen and bodies crafted in chrome with a satin finish. Due to the nice satin finish, the pens give out nice reflections, and the matte surface does not show fingerprints. The old historical logo of Waterman company stands proudly located on the top of both pens.
The pens feature nice crisp engravings located under the push button on the ballpoint pen and on the cap of the fountain pen that read “ Waterman” and “Made in France”.

The fountain pen features a slip on-off cap which when being posted gives the pen a longer length and balance while writing. It is fitted with a nice solid F fine size steel nib, even though the nib is steel it feels smooth, unlike other steel nibs that can feel stiff. With a constant F line with no skipping, very strong and good for long work, extremely difficult to damage, thus a trouble-free pen.
It can be used with Waterman proprietary cartridges or with an ink converter if the user wants to fill it from an ink bottle. The pen comes with one proprietary cartridge included so it can be used right away. The pen is a good writer and will provide you with a smooth writing experience simply gliding on the paper.

The ballpoint pen uses Waterman Ballpoint Pen Refills and the original one in blue color is included with the pen. It features a very convenient and easy to operate push-button mechanism, very smooth and responsive. On the side right under the clip, there is a black button that functions as scratch protection from the clip but also helps for an easy opening of the pen so the user can change the refill when needed.
The pens just feel right in the hand with a good grip and balance. A truly amazing vintage pens with great built quality and design perfect for your daily writing sessions.
