Condition and information:
The Waterman C/F pen, standing for "Cartridge Filler", was the first global fountain pen with the "new" revolutionary disposable cartridge filling system. The ballpoint pens to match the fountain pens, also bare the C/F insignia. The pen is a unique modern design, even though made more than 60 years ago. The original C/F was launched in USA in 1953, this model was produced in France after 1959 as the US model was discontinued. The pen is solid metal, with thick gold fill. The pen is ergonomically designed, heavy for a ballpoint pen with a solid grip. Smooth twist on-off action at the mid section. Mint condition, minimal to no signs of use, no dings, no scratches, no gold wear off, perfect cosmetic and functional condition.
