Condition and information:
One of the most elegant pens made by Caran D'ache, the original Madison model. The pen feels right in the hand, has a perfect grip and balance. It features a twist top knob on/off mechanism, (located at the top), with a precise on/off action. The serial number is located under the inner threading. Very long, slim but also very heavy pen, which gives it a perfect grip in the hand, balance and writing experience. The pen is in mint condition, no scratches or dings, but it bares are discretely engraved company insignia on the side. Very nice matte finished steel with gold plated trims. Madison pens are very tough build pens, meant to last of generations, timeless writing instrument but also a true workhorse for everyday use.
