The Lauréat was one of Waterman’s finest pens of the late 1980s and early 1990s. A masterpiece at first sight. The pen is heavy and long which gives it a great feel in the hand and perfect writing balance. The letter "W" is engraved on the clip of the pen and the words "WATERMAN FRANCE" are engraved around the gold plated band/ring. It uses standard Waterman refills - new one included. Simple and smooth twist on/off mid body mechanism. The pen is in mint condition with minimal signs of use.
