Condition and information:
This is one of the rares CdA ballpoint pens ever made. Made somewhere in the late 70s and early 80s, it was made for a brief period of time together with the Madison models. The pen bares the model ID 852. The first impression is that the pen is big and very heavy. It is larger than the Madison model, at full 136mm and its considerably heavier. Its very elegant, feels right in the hand, has a perfect grip and balance. It features a precise push button mechanism. There are deep guilloche lines in full length of the body similar to some Madison models. It comes in its original box and which is marked with lifetime warranty, and a CdA WW service locations. The pen bares a company insignia on the side "CIBA CEIGY", a famous Swiss company which only used CdA high-end pens for it's marketing. A rare and timeless writing instrument but also a true workhorse for everyday use.
