Condition and information:
One of the most recognizable and renowned pens in the world, the Parker 75, considered to be one of the most successful pens in the history of writing instruments. The Parker 75 was designed by Kenneth Parker (son of the founder George Parker) and the designer Don Doman (who also designed the Parker 45, Parker 61, Parker T1, Parker VP and the Liquid lead).
 
This set offered here is one of the latest iterations of the French Parker division, made in the late 1980 to early 1990s, in a beautiful, mirror-like finish in silver plate, with the traditional deep Grain d'Orge Barleycorn.
 
The 75s are one of the most famous and reliable Parker pens ever made. The pens are extremely pleasant to use, great grip and balance, solid weight, absolutely perfect form factor and nib. Easy to clean and maintain, there is simply nothing not to like about the pen icon called 75.
 
The pen is fitted with a huge, solid 14K gold, F fine nib, very smooth, does not scratch the paper, writes a constant smooth line with good ink-flow but it's very soft, and even with some decent flex. It's a very clean pen, extremely easy to use, fill, clean and maintain, thus many pen users refer to it as the "perfect fountain pen". The pen is exceptionally well balanced due to its weight, posted or not posted.
 
The set includes the 75 ballpoint pen, which is a push upper body, and works perfectly and reliably.
