The Sheaffer Fashion II TRZ was a line of slim pens that first got a clip redesign in around 1989 and later on in 1992 the line name was changed into "Fashion". This however is the second redesign called "Fashion II" made in the late 1990s, just a few years before Sheaffer closed its production in the USA. The Sheaffer Fashion II pens had more straightened clips and the black plastic caps that the earlier TRZ models had were replaced with metal ones. There was also a range of clip-less Fashion pens that was called “In- Fashion” in the mid 80’s and early ’90s which deferred from the slim Fashion pens only by the clip. In 1993 a wider profile of pens was made for the Fashion II line and the thinner profile pens were staged out. Pen offered here is a Sheaffer Fashion model 263 with a simple yet very elegant form factor and very easy and convenient to use. The pen just fits nicely in the hand, the black resin grip section provides a good comfortable grip that does not tire the hand. It is a heavy pen due to its solid metal construction, very durable and tough build, but this weight also provides for a nice balance and feel in the hand, the pens just glides over the paper, posted or not, nearly perfect ergonomic design. The pen features a slip-on cap for fast and easy deployment, and makes that "click" sound both on closing or posting the cap. Posting the cap makes the pen 155mm long which is oversize in comparison to other average pens when posted.

It is fitted with a nice, clear face F Fine nib which produces a constant fine line, very reliably without skips. 

This pen is the perfect choice for everyday writing sessions as it provides a smooth writing experience full of comfort. Comes in NOS, never used condition, with its original converter and spare cartridges, ready to be used.
