Condition and information:
Made in W. Germany in the mid 80's, this is a very rare and lost brand called Laurin. Located in East Germany they were they made some astonishing pens in its few decades of manufacturing, after which is was acquired by another pen manufacturer in Germany. This pen is great build quality meant to last for generations, solid steel and chromed finished. The mechanism is spring loaded, perfectly functional and smooth. The pen comes with its original 4 color Laurin refill, but a set of new 4 color Schneider refills will be included. The pen is finished with very beautiful, fine, intricate guilloche Barleycorn pattern giving it unique shine and luster. This is a relatively heavy pen since its made our of metal, which gives it the necessary good grip and feel in the hand. This is very heavy duty pen, meant to bring along on the field, its very tough build, made to take any punishment, to last and endure work for decades. The pen is in NOS, new old stock, never used condition.
