Made in W. Germany in the late 60's, this is a very rare lost brand called Stenex, and this mode Steno. The company was located at Hamburg, and made some astonishing pens in its few years of manufacturing, after which is was acquired by another pen manufacturer in Germany. This pen is one of superior build quality meant to last for generations, solid German silver, called Alpacca, perfectly functional and smooth mechanism, intricate guilloche patterns Barleycorn giving it unique shine and luster. Very long and heavy pen with great grip and ease of use. The pen features 4 slim short metal refills, blue, green, black and red. Unlike other similar multi-pens this one has a special mechanism, Stenex patent, where the pulled lever comes out of the upper body. This is a unique feature that makes the deployed color much more visible. In the brief time this company existed, made some of the best writing instruments in Germany, which are now highly sough after collectibles. This is simply indestructible pen, made to last and endure work for decades. The pen is in mint condition, no scratches or dings and comes with its original refills as well as set of 4 new Schneider refills.
