A rare vintage Sheaffer Award pen to awaken the nostalgia in the pen users and bring back memories from the 90’s. The Award model was produced in 1996 by the Sheaffer company as a refillable budget pen.
This model was so popular at its own time that after Cross took the Parker company over they decided to relaunch it in the mid 2010s with some minor changes and that way the pen has become a modern classic.
The first vintage Award pens came with plastic barrels in blue, black, yellow, green and red color. Pen offered here is a vintage model in leaf green color which is one of the rarest to find these days.
The pen features steel metal appointments and a unique clip with a slit design. The top of the cap is finished in a circular form which features inscriptions that read “Sheaffer” and “USA”.

The pen features a rubberized front section for more comfortable grip and for people who experience difficulty while writing with narrowed gip pens. The cap posts very nicely and seamlessly and gives the pen longer length and stability while writing.

The pen is ergonomically shaped with a wide barrel which contributes for a good balance and feel in the hand.
It uses Sheaffer rollerball refills, the original one is included with the pen and although it may be depleted soon it can be used for future purchase reference.
The pen is a good writer producing smooth constant lines and will be your faithful companion in your everyday long writing sessions.

It comes in perfect mint condition, very well preserved.
