Listed here is the vintage Sheaffer Prelude with its beautiful fluted lined design. The pencil has a thick metal base covered in 22K gold plate. The pen’s gold plated body is designed with a unique guilloche pattern with extremely fine groups of lines from top to the bottom. It follows an almost cylindrical form and its silhouette is more elegant and refined. This look is complemented with a nice rounded flat tassie with a pearl like insert.
The pen features nice inscriptions that read “Sheaffers” and “U.S.A” located on the midsection band.
The recognizable white Sheaffer dot stands proudly on the upper part of the clip. The shine, high gloss and reflection of the pencil are so strong that it is difficult to capture them in photos.

The pencil uses a very smooth and precise upper body push mechanism which is very easy to use.
The pencil takes 0,7 mm leads that can be extracted through the push feed mechanism. The leads are strong, durable and easy to erase, several leads are included with the pencil.
Due to its substantial weight the pencil has a great balance and feel in the hand. It will come in handy for all your drawing and sketching practices.

The pencil is in mint condition with minimal to no signs of use, ready to be used.
