One of the most beautiful and rarest Omas pens of the 70's. Omas was rarely making cartridge filling pen, but when they did, this was the result. The pen is hexagon, 6 sided, made our of super shiny black resin. It features extremely wide gold filled cap ring that ensures the cap won't crack. The pen simply looks amazing, perfect from factor and ergonomics, perfect length and thickness, very good grip and feel in the hand. In addition the pen features a slip-on cap, which ensures very fast deployment, always ready to write. The black resin material is highly reflective, extremely shiny and is scratch protective. The nib is amazing, marvelous writer, super smooth on the paper, EF (extra fine) size, but with full flexibility. Writing with such nib is remarkable, it changes thickness of the line with the tiniest pressure applied while writing. The writing is unique, varies from very fine to double broad BB. The feed on this pen is made out of ebonite, and it has very unique shapes and functions. Unlike other feeds in cartridges filling pens, this one extends all the way in the grip section, so the feed it penetrates the cartridge directly. Since there is not other part between the cartridge and the feed, this ensures fast and easy ink-flow, always wet and ready to write. The pen uses standard international cartridges, and also can use piston converter, included with the pen. Absolute mint condition, near NOS, new old stock. One of the best and great Omas pens of the 1970s, a perfect everyday pen with unique appeal and design.
