This pen was made by once famous TOZ Zagreb, which was previously known as the famous MOSTER-PENKALA Company founded by Edmund Moster and Eduard Penkala in 1911. Moster later opened 2 more plants, one in Berlin Germany. They made some astonishing pens and pencils, and Moster had developed 3 patents for writing instruments. He worked with his German partner and set the foundation for what was to become one of the most successful pen companies in South Europe. The build quality is great, same as any German or Europe pen manufacturers. The pen has a very clean design and shape, grip and feel in the hand, high quality materials, with high gloss and shiny black plastic resin, and a piston system as good as it gets. The piston is one of the smoothest fillers and the turning knob is capped. This is a safety feature as no accidental turning of the knob is possible. The nib is the best part, super smooth and fully flexible 14K EF size. It will write bigger sizes up to 3B broad easily, depending on the pressure applied. The nib bares a familiar logo which was used on both Senator and Reform pens, and was possibly made by Peter Boch nibs in Germany. Beautiful huge ink windows gold plated ring and clip. The pen feel solid, large, fits great in the hand posted or not. Mint condition with no scratches or any defects what so ever.
