The famous Montblanc Generation fountain pen, here offered in beautiful and rare dark purple-violet-blue color precious resin with gold plated trimmings. This model is the second generation Generation pen, launched in mid 2000s. The pen very well balanced with good grip and feel in the hand, simple "form follows function" design ideology and yet very appealing and reliable pen. The pen is a Montblanc masterpiece as all of their pens, a superb high quality precision writing instrument. It features a rarely seen on newer Montblanc pens, a fully flexible M medium nib which will write bigger sizes with a gentle press while writing. It is a very smooth nib, and since never used it will adapt to its new user quickly. The pen is in NOS never used condition and comes in its original box and papers. It can use any standard Montblanc cartridge or it can be easily used with its included original piston converter from bottled ink. Its a very easy pen to clean and maintain, simply by unscrewing the front section and rinse it with tap water. This is a truly great Montblanc everyday fountain pen, great appeal and design, as well as superb build quality meant to last for generations.
