This Parker Classic was launched in 1986 to replace the than aging 180 model. It is basically very similar pen, and the unique 180 nib shape which had two nib sizes on each face of the nib, persisted to this model, however now only with one nib size. The pen is finished in a beautiful Thuya lacquer, we call it "brown marble" as that is what it actually looks like. Same as on the 180, the nib is  super sharp with unique look and form factor. The nib is flat but more protected on this pen, with an additional plastic insert as opposed to the 180 nib. The size is F fine, and it is great for precision or small typeface letter writing, such as writing in a pocket notebook. The pen can use Parker cartridges or a converter, we will include a free piston converter so you can use the pen right out of the box filling it from bottled ink. It is very easy to use pen on daily basis, easy to maintain and clean, and disassemble. Even the nib unit is simple to disassemble and clean, simply by pulling it out, it comes of with the nib and feed as one unit. All trimmings are 24K gold plated. The pen is in mint condition with minimal signs of use, it is made in the Parker U.K. factory.
